What Do I Need to Think About When I Choose a Ski Resort For Our Group?

If you’d like to take your youth group skiing this winter but need help choosing the location, consider which of the items below are most important to you:

  • Wide range of terrain for all skier types.
  • More beginner, intermediate or advanced terrain
  • Small resort – easy to find youth. Large resort – more runs, often bigger and faster lifts, but harder to find students.
  • Powder!
  • Night skiing
  • Moguls, moguls, moguls
  • Lowest cost
  • Other activities – tube sledding, ice skating, shopping, etc.
