Ready to book transportation for your group trip? Following are the options you can use to compare prices for vans and other vehicles for group travel, and also to book your vehicles.
Option 1: Use Our Online Form
The easiest way to book vans is to fill in our online form. Rod recommends this, especially for booking more than 1 vehicle at a time.
Option 2: Capps Van Rental Website
Alternatively, you can book 1 or 2 vehicles through the Capps website. Enter all your information, then use Corporate code = SQT to get the Summit Quest rate.
Option 3: Enterprise Website (for vehicles and vans not trucks)
You can also book 1 or 2 vehicles through the Enterprise website. Through this site you can select any size vehicle, INCLUDING 15 passenger vans but NOT including trucks (see Option 4 for the truck link). Enter the location you want, pick up and return information, then Promotional Code = L9E001 for Summit Quest’s rate.
Option 4: Enterprise Truck Rental Website (for trucks)
For pickups, box trucks, etc. go to the Enterprise Trucks website. Enter Corporate ID/Promo Code = L9E001, then 3-digit code = SUM to get Summit Quest’s rate.
Feel Free to Share the Code
You can pass the codes for the options above along to family, friends, church members, sports teams, scout troops or others to use. It’s not like it’s a top secret launch code:) This is supposed to be the lowest rate for North America.
